It’s tough.’ The president’s other job at the press conference was to manage anger, so he continued his role as national therapist.

WEST Dorset MP Oliver Letwin is backing worried Lyme residents in their fight to stop plans for a new mobile phone mast close to homes, businesses and a school.

The O2 transmitter is planned for a derelict piece of land on Lyme Regis Industrial Estate to improve network coverage in the area.

They are the deficits that Obama has proposed, resulting from the $1 trillion in increased spending he adopted in the no-stimulus stimulus bill, and the $400 billion supplemental spending bill he supported and also adopted the following week, and the $275 billion housing bailout he proposed the next week, and the $1 trillion bank bailout plan his Treasury Secretary just proposed this week, and the $638 billion he has proposed as a ‘downpayment’ on a new national health insurance entitlement. … Does this sound like he is ‘doing everything we can to reduce that deficit?

I’m trying to be as understanding of other points of view. Many people do have good intentions and are just lacking facts and don’t think things through. They know the economic system really is rigged against the masses. They really do want to protect the children. They really are afraid of terrorism. But in essence they are worth little more than the paper they’re printed on. The more BB’s there are out there, the less the remaining dollars are worth. It is called ‘monetizing the debt.’ Or to pick up on Keyne’s point, we’re right in the middle of debauching our currency.
