Suggested "Lucky 13" Amendments to Current Election Reform Proposals To Increase Support from Election Integrity Groups and Election Officials

Election Officials seem to have four main objections to current election reform proposals:

1. Unreasonable Time Frames

2. Insufficient Funding

3. Wrongly Strengthens the US Election Assistance Commission

4. Insufficient Flexibility for States

Election Integrity Activists seem to have similar objections to current election reform proposals:

1. Insufficient, yet Administratively Burdensome, Manual Audits

2. Loopholes in Manual Audits

3. Wrongly Strengthens the US Election Assistance Commission

4. Insufficient Public Access to Election Records Necessary for Citizen Oversight Over Elections

Congress will get greater support from both election integrity groups and election officials if it makes these "lucky thirteen" amendments to current election reform proposals which would ensure public oversight of elections, adequate manual audits to ensure accurate election outcomes, sufficient funding, reasonable time frames, and flexibility.
