US Diplomats Fearful in New Iraqi Embassy
US diplomats in Iraq have become increasingly fearful over their personal safety after recent mortar attacks inside the Green Zone. A large number of mistakes, delays and building and safety blunders in the $592 million US Embassy construction project in Baghdad may leave them vulnerable in the coming months, The New York Times reports.
