Judges May Release Wiretap Documents
Eric Lichtblau of the New York Times reports that a secret intelligence court may consider an "unprecedented" request by the American Civil Liberties Union to unseal highly classified terrorist surveillance documents. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ordered the government to respond on the issue by August 31.
